Domestic Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage: I currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S. and Canada. Once shipped, a USPS tracking number is sent to you via email.

Shipping Time: Unless an artwork is purchased from the site, items are made to order. I schedule 4 commission pieces per month. However, completion and shipping times may vary due to holidays. I will communicate with you if a delay is anticipated.

Special Orders: If ordering for a specific holiday or occasion, please order no less than four (4) weeks in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

Additional: I am not responsible for any lost or stolen product. If package is “Returned to Sender” due to incorrect address information, buyer is responsible to pay for new product and reshipment.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Because of the unique, one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of my artwork, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.
