Domestic Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage: I currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S. and Canada. Once shipped, a USPS tracking number is sent to you via email.

Shipping Time: All items are made to order and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. However, times may vary due to holidays. I will communicate with you if a delay is anticipated.

Special Orders: If ordering for a specific holiday or occasion, please order no less than four (4) weeks in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

Additional: I am not responsible for any lost or stolen product. If package is “Returned to Sender” due to incorrect address information, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Because of the unique, one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of my artwork, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.

One-Week Warranty

A one-week “warranty” on products is offered to ensure prompt, courteous, reliable service, and delivery to you. If there are issues with your order, please notify me within one week of receipt and provide a photo of the issue (e.g. damage in shipping, etc.).
